Learn & Share Programs

Learn & Share Programs are built on the belief that knowledge exchange is not a one-way transfer of expertise. No single institution, market, or cooperative movement has all the answers, and every ecosystem has something valuable to teach and something valuable to learn.

These experiential knowledge-exchange initiatives connect SACCO leaders, regulators, and cooperative professionals with high-performing cooperative and credit union ecosystems across Africa and around the world. Through thematic benchmarking visits, peer exchanges, operational observations, and direct engagement with host institutions, participants gain practical insight into governance, innovation, financial inclusion, leadership, and institutional growth.

Participants engage as both learners and contributors, sharing experiences, challenging assumptions, and exploring diverse approaches to common opportunities and challenges. Each program is designed to help participants translate proven practices and new perspectives into meaningful action within their own institutions.

By bridging African SACCOs with the broader global credit union movement, ACCOSCA fosters connections that strengthen individual institutions while advancing the capability, resilience, and long-term success of the cooperative movement as a whole.
