About the Program
Inclusive Citizens: Women of Influence is a flagship leadership program from the ACCOSCA Academy, delivered in partnership with ACDF and other strategic partners.
Designed for current and aspiring women leaders across Africa’s SACCO and cooperative movement, the program strengthens participants’ ability to lead with confidence, influence decision-making, and drive meaningful change within their institutions and communities.
Through a learning experience grounded in the realities of the cooperative sector, participants explore inclusive leadership, effective governance, strategic influence, and purpose-driven service while building a powerful network of peers from across the continent.
The program empowers women to amplify their voices, enhance institutional performance, and champion initiatives that expand financial inclusion and improve lives.
