The Cooperative Citizens Program is an immersive leadership experience that examines how cooperation, collaboration, and shared responsibility contribute to stronger institutions, healthier member communities, and a more resilient cooperative movement. Through practical learning, reflection, and peer exchange, participants develop the knowledge, perspective, and leadership skills needed to positively influence their organizations and those they serve.
At its core, the program recognizes that sustainable institutional success begins with individuals who model cooperative values in their daily decisions and interactions.
